WASILLA, ALASKA JUNE 17,2016

We decided to stay over another day so we could drive up the road about 10 miles to Wasilla. We stopped in to see Sarah but the maid told us she was busy out helping with various campaigns. So we went to the Iditarod Trail Race headquarters and took a dog sled ride and then to the Transportation Museum of Alaska.
(yes, you CAN see Russia from here!!!)

 Sara Palin's house and she bought the one to the right next door and made apts. out of it.  The lady at the Transportation Museum works with her inlaws at museum.  She sold her Az. house and lives here fulltime.
