GREEN FLASH BREWERY AND DINNER
SANDBRIDGE, VA. CAPE CHARLES
Drove north up highway 13 across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.......part bridge, part tunnel. Went to Cape Charles and had an early dinner. Today we went to Virginia Beach UMC for Palm Sunday.

MARCH 20,2018 VIRGINIA BEACH, VA.
We finally arrived in Virginia Beach where we will be staying for about a week before we drive up to Washington DC. Last night we stayed at Swampfox Campground in Florence SC. We are staying at a really nice campground called Holiday Trav-L-Park just off the beach. Lots to do here in the park but nothing starts until May.
Did some touring around Virginia Beach. Visited Cape Henry lighthouse which was on the Fort Story naval base. This was the first construction project by the new United States. Visited the Virginia aquarium and then walked along the Virginia Beach boardwalk and beach front. Next day visited Sandbridge beach and stopped by the Green Flash brewery for some beer tasting. Ended the day at a Mongolian BBQ with some of Alma's kin.
