TRINIDAD, CA. JUNE 14, 2019 DRIVE THRU TREE AND AVENUE OF THE GIANTS

Arrived at Elk Country RV Resort in Trinidad yesterday. On the way we had to see the "World Famous" drive thru tree and try to fit through the hole. Then we drove the Avenue of the Giants which was a scenic road through old grove redwood trees. At one of the stops we saw a very unusual motorhome.  

Think we parked on the highway at a parking area and unhooked to go here!!

JUNE 10, 2019 PACIFIC COAST .HWY 1 ALBION RIVER

Today we drove the Pacific Coast highway, HWY 1, to Albion River Campground just south of Mendocino. We are down in a valley next to a river, very popular for fishing.

OOHOHOH OH HOW I WISH I HAD BEEN DOWN THERE.  WE JUST DID A VIEW STOP AND IT WAS WAAAAY DOWN.  SOMEONE BEAT ME TO IT!!!!

 YOU CAN SEE THE SHADOW OF THE BRIDGE ON THE LEFT.  YES,,,,,,,,WE WERE TROLLS!!!!

 THERE WE ARE BACK RIGHT........TROLLING!!!

 GLASS BEACH!!!!!  VERY SMALL PEA SIZE AND SMALLER PIECES.  NOT AT ALL WHAT PICS PORTRAY.

Love the shares pottery found on glass beach. Look closely at bottom with blue, pink and floral . Also, think the shells are California coffee beans shells. With Mike Ellerbrock
