HOMER, ALASKA BAYCREST RV PARK JUNE 19, 2016

Made a lot of stops on the way to Homer yesterday so we pulled in to a state park for the night about 3:00 near Sterling. Dry camped and cooked dinner over a campfire topped off with smores. Today we drove on to Homer and decided to stay at Baycrest RV Park overlooking the mountains and Cook Inlet.

THIS is called the SPIT!!!!  I understand you show your ignorance if you call it a peninsula.  Where all the fishing and beachcombing goes on, as well as small boat harbor and shopping,
