After attending church in Banff this morning we went to the Banff Springs Hotel for their Sunday brunch buffet. All kinds of foods, duck, mussels, prime rib, shrimp, many salads, breads and deserts (BURP!!!!). They also had tons of breakfast items, but we skipped that and went right to the lunch items. We rolled ourselves out of there and then went back to the coach to put on some elastic waistband pants and then took a boat cruise on Lake Minnewanka in Banff.

We then went to coach and changed clothes for the boat cruise on Lake Minnewanka. Beautiful sunny day.
This U shaped valley marks the end of the Canadian Rockies.
