Did some touring around the town of Banff and the surrounding area yesterday. Clouds moved in and the scenery was not as good as it was earlier. We visited Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel (Castle in the Rockies), Bow Falls, rode the Sulfur Mountain Gondola, saw hoodoos, Lake Minnewanka, Mt Norquay, and the three Vermilion Lakes. The Gypsy Tour apps are great.
Gondola ride. snowed at the top and much construction adding what looks like shop and cafe.
First time we've cooked and ate out camping in a while!!!
