June 25, 2018 BURLINGTON, VERMONT

For our last day in Vermont we headed over to the Burlington area and visited the Vermont Teddy Bear Company. Also did some beer tasting at Magic Hat Brewery and Fiddlehead Brewery then a flight of wine at Shelburne Vineyard. We finished up the day back at Ben and Jerrys ice cream where we went on a tour of the factory this time.

His name is PATCH.  Made from every color fur used in making the bears.
The bear on the left was the first bear the owner made for his son who wanted a teddy bear.  He didn't like it, wasnt soft and pliable enough so Dad made the second on the right. So bean the TEDDY BEAR FACTORY.
All sewn and stuffed...no machinary involved other than a sewing machine.

Everyone on the tour got a teddy cut out called BUTTON BEARS. They are attached to buttons.

hospital.....bears are guaranteed for life......no matter if eaten by the dog or the lawn mower.  Send in remains and will be repaired or replaced free.

our reward at the end of tour.
