JUNE 21, 2018 MORE VERMONT

Today we took a drive through the rolling hills of Vermont and visited Goodrich's Maple Farm, Cabot Creamery, and Bragg Farm Sugarhouse.

 Sugar houses lease acres of maple trees.  Found this on a drive thru the pig trails.  Look at all that tubing flowing with maple juice, most of which is water.  Takes a lot of cooking down to get to the flavor. 

 Lots of cheese samples!!!!  Mike had a balll!!!

We took a picnic lunch and ate here after our tasting!!

Had maple ice cream here and visited with a family with 3 teen girls visiting the area.
