These American flags lined the driveway as we pulled into Heritage Park. GNR---Here we come! It only took us 25 minutes to get here from our campsite.
This was our first gate post as we pulled in. Kathie Todd was here to greet us. We received our parking pass and were sent on to the next post.
Here we are for the next 2 weeks. We are site #15, 2 down from the Rochfords. It didn't take long for others to fill in those empty spaces. Many more are due this week.
We hooked up to our electricity, set up the inside, pulled down the awnings, and we were ready to explore.
About 4 or 5:00 we gather under the TEXAS tent for happy hour and talk and talk and talk. We met several new friends from around Texas.
