CLINTON METHODIST CHURCH 4-22 AND GILLETTE CASTLE

We went to the Clinton Methodist Church that was built in 1855. Then this afternoon we took a few scenic drives through the Connecticut countryside.

 WILLIAM GILLETTE, WRITER, AUTHOR, CREATOR OF SHERLOCK HOLMS. 

 HIS MINI TRAIN HE HAD TRACKING AROUND THE PROPERTY.

 TOURS HAD NOT STARTED YET BUT HE HAD MIRRORS ALL AROUND AND LIKED TO TRICK HIS GUESTS.

 PEOPLE HAD to stack all the rocks from property to farm so they just stacked them around their property.

 dinner here...very quaint little towns all around.
