  7-14-17 Out to eat with Eatons at Tommyknockers.  Visited with all before   leaving in a.m.  Ukulele lesson today with Marcie,  Eatons and us drove to Batchelors loop.  Saw a fox, old mines, mule deer, indian paintbrush and blue salvia.

Left Creede with Eatons in tow, headed to Durango.  We stopped at Pagosa Farmers Market, veggies, watermelon, cool wrapped jewelry.  RV park about 2pm.  Saw momma deer with twins.  Shared dinner with Eatons.  Tour of carvings around Vallecito lake... saw a few commemorating the firefighters and support personnel that fought the Missionary Ridge Fire of 2002, 18 ft tall and over 2600 lbs.  Many Ponderosa pines 200 yrs old.

Dan drove us to Ouray, Americas Little Switzerland, on the Million $ Hiway.  Approached a rock slide with 30 min. wait!!!  Lunch upstairs at Ouray Brewery.  Walked to some stores.  Little rain on way down mountain.
Bar D Chuckwagon Supper in Durango.  Good food and really great entertainers singing the old cowboy songs.
