Headed now to Washington!!! Traveled through Sisters, Oregon.... . very quaint new looking town. After reading on the town, found out it IS new!! At least the streets have been redone and all the store fronts are new. Seems it needed refurbishing.
Now through the Williamette National Forest. Beautiful lush greens.
Winding mountain roads on Hwy 101 along the beach. "Mike, we;re not in Texas anymore". Being from the Gulf Coast, this beach is not what I expected.
Very foggy in the middle of the day.
Stopped around this area and a lady told me about finding agates here but is all picked over.
Temperature was very cool and a fog hung over the water.
