Stopped for coffee and Mike and I visited the Central Bakery downtown and came out with a coffee and Caramel Roll!! MMmmmmmm.
This is actually a National Park. Had to go get my stamp for the passport book I left at home.
Interesting, about the Alaskan gold rush. and how people came to Seattle and then on to Alaska to find gold.

This is a troll statue with a real VW inder his left hand.
This is a statue of Lennon found in a garbage and this area, called Union, took it. They dress him for various holidays. Union was where the young men came to work on the river......rowdy.
This boat was the beginning of DEADLIEST CATCH. In the first season.. With fishing boats out working several months they sublet their slips to pleasure boats.
This is where the Salmon come in and go down the ladder. Which means they have to slowly acclaimate themselves to different water temp.

After the Needle, we caught the Monorail to the Market area and then would walk back several blocks passed Nordstroms and Macys, to the Grand Hyatt where we parked our car....the first day was 45.00!!!
The second day found a much cheaper place that wasn't full.....8.00 all day!!
Beautiful fresh seafood!!!No flies!!!
By the time they threw a fish.......I ran out of battery!!!! Mike did buy me a bouquet of flowers!!
