June 3, 2012 - Canmore, AB

Went to Banff this morning with Jim and Rosemary and we walked around the main drag, had a little coffee and pastries, shopped at a few stores and just kind of chilled out. Started raining as we were heading back to the truck and it has been raining ever since.

We took a tour bus to Banff late this afternoon to eat dinner at the Keg Steakhouse. Had prime rib and merlots and cherry cheesecake for dessert. Everything was really good.

Ate dinner with Fred & Diane Colvard from Florida. Fred was a football player at West Virginia and then transferred to FSU and played under Bobby Bowden when he was an assistant there. Ended up playing in the pros for awhile for Cleveland. Also had Dick James with us from California.
