Congregational Church of Creede with Dan and Linda. Great service, Most people were visitors out of state. On to Kips for lunch. Marcie, Linda and I drove up to the old mine. Started slipping on rocks sooooooo, we turned around and collected rocks and driftwood by the creek. Safer!! Then on to the Mine and Memories Store. Rocks, gems, old stuff....we love it!! Bought a raw piece of amythest and a pick so I could chip on the hillside for fossils......Linda and I tried....turned our backsides up to the road and tried. No luck.....but it was fun. Drove thru the new ecological area being developed,
On to Alamosa!!!! Ken was DRIVING MS DASIES, Resale shops, potato fields and harvesting. Ken enjoyed showing us what he used to do. Lunch! Fun day.
