JULY 2, 2013 Yellowstone Park

After breakfast, Mike took a walk around some other pools and geysers. With his fast walk, arms swinging and head down...he noticed people with cameras aimed his way. Saw some movement to his right. He looked over to see a buffalo - he could have patted his head. After he made a big snort, Mike got out of his way.

Drove north loop of Yellowstone...saw mud volcanos, geysers, boiling clear pools, waterfalls, elk and buffalo. WoW, what a world! We did see a huge brown bear at a distance...he caused quite a back up on the hiway - about a 2 mile long traffic jam!! Didn't get a pic ;(.

we refreshed our hot feet in this cccoooooold river.

Mud volcano. Hot and bubbly!!!

Here is a picture of Mike's buffalo as he wandered across the sidewalk.

Beautiful, clear hot pools.
